They were really professional and had detailed knowledge to guide us since we've nevrr been to bali before. Our trip was fully customised as we wanted our trip to be different and special. All bookings and arrangements in bali were already done by them before our departure. From the recommended hotels, to guides and transports, all were above our expected level.
