We maintain an update data base with information of all categories of workers and professionals for ready resonance. We conduct a trade test , interviews , verify the certificates, license  and other certificates before accepting them for a the relevant job.

However, for recruitment ,S H Trade requires from their Clients, power of attorney, a letter to the consular of the concerned Embassy in Bangladesh , Visa advice for the group and a demand letter issued in favor of S H Trade . Details are mentioned in the Brochure.
