City Bank, established in 1983, is a first generation private commercial bank in Bangladesh. City Bank is considered as one of the best banks in terms of adopting global best practices by doing away with age-old traditional decentralized banking practices and culture. The bank, with 3500+ employees, is the best example of “bank transformation” this country has seen so far.
